Common questions
Do I have to pay before seeing the mockup?
No — the mockup is completely free. You only pay once you've approved the design and are happy to move forward.
What file formats do you accept for logos?
We accept any format — PNG, JPG, SVG, AI, PDF, and more. Higher resolution files give the best print quality, but we'll let you know if there are any issues with your file.
How many revisions do I get?
As many as you need. We want you to be 100% happy with the design before anything gets printed. Just hit "Request Changes" on the mockup email and tell us what you'd like adjusted.
What's the minimum order quantity?
Keychains and poker chips have a minimum order of 50 units. Plate frames start at just 1. Carpet decals are a single item order.
How long does the whole process take?
Mockup within 24 hours, then 3–5 business days for production and shipping after you approve. Most customers have their order in hand within a week of submitting their request.
Can I add a QR code to my keychains?
Yes! You can add a QR code to keychains for free. Just check the QR code option when submitting your request and enter the link you want it to go to.
